From initial enquiry to ongoing surveillance, every stage of your certification is defined, predictable and evidence-based.
After your initial enquiry, we ask you to submit an application. We assess scope, complexity and competence requirements, then issue a transparent, fixed-fee quotation, covering the audit programme required, for the full three-year Certification cycle.
A readiness review of your documented management system, audit planning, and evaluation of the conditions needed for a successful Stage 2.
On-site evaluation of the implementation and effectiveness of your management system against the requirements of the applicable Standard(s).
An internal decision-maker — someone who was not part of the audit team — reviews the audit outcomes and, where appropriate, grants certification for a three-year cycle.
Surveillance activities, including annual surveillance audits, maintain your certification through the certification cycle. A recertification audit renews certification every three years, based on the objective audit evidence assessed.

No sales pressure. Just clear guidance on what certification will involve, a transparent fee estimate, and a frank conversation about fit.
